劳伦斯是新西兰非常著名的一名营养学家,全名劳伦斯·艾尔斯(Laurence Eyres),不仅食品界,在婴幼儿的健康的理解和建树都是极高的,今天我们就来认识一下著名的劳伦斯教授。

劳伦斯简介

职称

劳伦斯教授既是澳大利亚和新西兰国家食品标准董事会成员、新西兰营养油脂和脂肪专家委员会主席,又是婴幼儿配方奶粉的国际知名专家。作为阿旺特的首席研究员,劳伦斯教授对新生婴幼儿健康成长所涉及的身体功能、大脑发育、神经系统等关键部位的建立和发展有着极高的造诣,并且在该行业有着超前20年的眼光!

经历

1,劳伦斯·艾尔斯于1974年以研究人员的身份加入阿贝尔有限公司,同年加入了新西兰化学研究所。在阿贝尔期间,他跃升为首席化学家及技术部经理,并且在油类和脂肪领域引导了多项发明。他的首项主要产品开发是名为“魔幻黄油”的多不饱和人造黄油。此项发明于1979年推出。因其与医务界密切关联,此产品在市场上站稳了脚跟。其后续替代产品现在已成为市场上的领导者。将新西兰天然牛脂加工成可食用产品是过去13年中取得的一项重大成果。期间,他就如何将牛脂制造成油脂化学品和生物柴油向科工部的专家做过咨询。此项工作成果在新西兰化学学会的会议上做过介绍。对深海鱼油与角鲨烯的加工他也做过大量研究。这些工作也与科工部专家的合作密切相关。在此期间,他还发表了许多篇就鸡尾莲油,月见草油,母乳脂肪和婴幼儿配方奶,芥花油及其他题目的分析论分。其关于鸡尾莲的论文曾在国际理论和应用化学联合会在丹尼丁召开的自然产品大会上做过介绍。在他从事食用油业务期间,劳伦斯与其工程界的同事一道,为提炼油的预处理开发了一种新的短停留漂白过程。

4,1990年,他短期离开新西兰,在英国管理了一家工程公司。1994年回到新西兰,重新加入新西兰化学会。,此时,劳伦斯在APV公司工作,并将脂肪分馏的膜技术引入到乳品公司。

7,2006年劳伦斯作为食品营养理事加入奥克兰大学。在一些联合项目中,他与企业界与学术界一道为出口市场开发产品与工艺。这其中最主要的一项就是作为无水乳脂肪替代物的风味牛脂作为有竞争力的出口产品出口到亚洲。
